Terms of Service
Last updated: 8 March 2026
1. About This Service
switch.pipcall.com (the “Platform”) is operated by PiPcall Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. The Platform facilitates the migration of business mobile services from BT One Phone to Mobile+, a like-for-like replacement provided by PiPcall. By using this Platform you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Eligibility
The Platform is available to UK-registered businesses that currently hold BT One Phone services and wish to migrate those services to Mobile+. By submitting an enquiry or signing a Letter of Authority you confirm that you are acting on behalf of an eligible UK business.
3. User Obligations
When using the Platform you agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information about your business and mobile services.
- Ensure that any person signing a Letter of Authority (LOA) is duly authorised to do so on behalf of the account holder.
- Notify PiPcall promptly if any information you have provided changes or becomes inaccurate.
4. Letter of Authority & Digital Signature
As part of the migration process you may be asked to sign a Letter of Authority digitally through the Platform. By applying your digital signature you acknowledge and agree that:
- Your digital signature is legally binding and carries the same effect as a handwritten signature.
- You are authorised to sign on behalf of the business named in the LOA.
- A signed LOA is valid for 90 days from the date of signature. If the migration is not completed within that period a new LOA may be required.
5. Service Delivery
PiPcall will use reasonable endeavours to complete the migration within the timelines communicated to you. However, migration timelines are provided on a best-effort basis and are dependent on third parties, including BT. PiPcall shall not be liable for any delays caused by BT, other network operators, or circumstances outside its reasonable control.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- PiPcall provides the Platform “as is” and makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding its availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.
- PiPcall shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or the migration service.
- PiPcall’s total aggregate liability in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the fees paid by you (if any) for the migration service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
7. Data Protection
We process personal data in accordance with applicable UK data protection legislation. For full details on how we collect, use, and protect your information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
8. Changes to These Terms
PiPcall reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
